Leagues offered at Lakeview Playground

At Lakeview, we strive to offer programs for all age groups every sports season.

For Baseball/Cabbageball, we base age by what age the child will be as of 4/30 of the current year.

Registration opens in January and ends at the beginning of March.

Practices usually start in mid-April, and days/times are determined by each volunteer coach.

Some leagues fill quickly, so placement is not guaranteed if you wait too long to register!

We offer T-Ball for boys and girls age 4. Coach-pitch baseball for ages 5/6 and 7/8. Kid-pitch baseball for ages 9/10, 11-13, and 13-15 (based on numbers).

Girls Cabbageball programs are available for ages groups 5-7, 8-10, and 11-14

***Important to note that all leagues outside of T-Ball are draftted leagues, and friend/coach requests are not guaranteed.***

Basketball is offered for ages 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12 (NORD). Registration will begin in October, and games start in early January.

We also offer a Fall Baseball league for ages 5/6, 7/8, and 9-11 that generally runs from mid-September till November 1st. We encourage players graduating to the next age group to play in that age group in the Fall to get a feel for what is to come next Spring/Summer.  

Basketball is offered for ages 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12 (NORD). Registration will begin in October, and games start in early January.

We do not offer football or track at this time.
